Your first snowbird week
- Stock the kitchen and learn the lay of the land, then claim a sunset spot. Naples faces west onto the Gulf, so the sun drops straight into the water most evenings.

Prices vary a lot by location and year, but as a peak-season ballpark, modest inland condos often start in the low thousands per month while waterfront and luxury homes can run $5,000 a month or more.
