Florida stone crab season runs roughly from mid-October (it opened October 15 in 2025) through early May, and Naples treats the opening like a holiday, even throwing a waterfront festival for it. During those months, the claws turn up on menus and happy-hour boards all over town, sweet and cold with the classic mustard sauce. Outside that window the claws are out of season, so don't be surprised when they vanish from the specials, that's the rhythm of the Gulf.
